The terms and conditions indicated hereunder regulate the sales conditions of accreditations for MAD COOL SUNSET, promoted and organised by the business CORPORATE MAD GROUP, S.L. (henceforth, the Organisation), whose corporate address is found at Calle Gran Vía 27, piso 1 OFICINA IZ, Madrid, CP 28013 (MADRID) with e-mail email@example.com, and tax ID B-87381042.
The purchase of the ticket constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Once the ticket has been purchased, it cannot be changed or refunded, except if the circumstances that are set out in these general conditions are given.
In case of the complete annulment of the Festival, the Organisation undertakes to refund the amount paid for the ticket.
In case of the cancellation of the Festival, the Organisation undertakes to refund the amount paid for the ticket.
In whichever other case established in the current legislation, the Organisation undertakes to refund the amount paid for the ticket.
In case of substantial modification to the event, the Organisation undertakes to refund the amount paid for the ticket.
In any of the aforementioned cases, and only if so desired by the attending customer, provided there is an agreement with the Organisation, instead of directly requesting a refund of the amount paid for the ticket, the customer will also be able to:
·Request a voucher* for the next edition of the Festival;
*A voucher is a ticket for the corresponding Festival edition that has the same conditions as the one purchased, that bears no additional cost.
However, the total or partial cancellation of the event on grounds of force majeure will under no circumstance result in a refund of the amount paid for the ticket, except for those cases in which it has been legally specified.
As long as the Festival can still take place normally, poor weather conditions will not result in a refund of the ticket.
The price of a Festival ticket purchased by the customer on digital platforms or other available ticketing services does not include distribution expenses. Each outlet will set the amount of these expenses.
Said distribution expenses that are charged by the sales outlets on top of the face value of the ticket will not be refunded by the Organizer in the cases where these platforms are external to Corporate Mad Group S.L.
However, the total or partial cancellation of the event on grounds of force majeure will under no circumstance result in a refund of the amount paid for the ticket, except for those cases in which it has been legally specified.As long as the Festival can still take place normally, poor weather conditions will not result in a refund of the ticket.The price of a Festival ticket purchased by the customer on digital platforms or other available ticketing services does not include distribution expenses. Each outlet will set the amount of these expenses.Said distribution expenses that are charged by the sales outlets on top of the face value of the ticket will not be refunded by the Organizer in the cases where these platforms are external to Corporate Mad Group S.L.In the cases where the sales point is oblivious to Mad Cool, the amount will not be returned by the Organizer since this expense corresponds to a service generated and given to the customer, when purchasing the ticket and paying for it, and used to cover implicit costs in programming, server, payment and customer service.
Any additional costs derived from the attendance, such as accommodation, flights, insurance, ... will not be covered by the Organisation in case of cancellation, annulment or substantial modification of the Festival.
In case of cancellation, annulment or substantial modification of the Festival programming, the refund can be processed by the Organisation within fifteen (15) days after the scheduled date of the event and the Organisation will set a period of time for the ticket holder to request the return, in case of cancellation, annulment or substantial modification of the Festival programming, according to the legislation; except for those cases in which another legislation would apply. In order to process the refund, the user will have to prove that a ticket for the Festival has been purchased via any of the foreseen modalities.
Tickets can only be purchased from points of sale that have been expressly authorised by the Organisation. The Organisation will not be held responsible for tickets that were not purchased from the official points of sale.
Official points of sale for tickets:
The tickets purchased on online ticketing services include wristband home delivery. The online sales points are the ones previously listed: FESTICKET, TICKETMASTER and MAD COOL TICKETS.
The Organisation, as the entity responsible for holding the event, will only be able to alter or modify the program of the Festival in case it were necessary for it to be carried out correctly, and especially, when there could be changes to the schedules of the performances or the artists, having to give prior notice to the attendees; and, in any event, in case of duly justified reasons that are beyond the festival’s control, including, but not limited to: the cancellation of the performance of one or several artists on their behalf unilaterally, a change in the day of a performance of one or several artists on their behalf unilaterally, as a result of the apparent impossibility of one or several artists to perform on the scheduled date due to circumstances beyond the festival's control; all of the foregoing always in compliance with the current legislation and the consumer and user regulations, and, where appropriate, in compliance with these general conditions that must always be interpreted according to the legislation.
If any of the previously mentioned scenarios or modifications were to take place, the Organisation shall make its best efforts and do all in its power to adjust the schedules and to carry out the program of the festival that was planned.

The user is obliged to carry the ticket in such a way that the code printed on it can be scanned at the electronic validation control, with the purpose of facilitating and speeding up the admission and entrance to the Festival through the access controls.
Pursuant to Act 17/1997, of 4 July, on Public Shows and Recreational Activities, the right to admission will be used on behalf of the Organisation as an effective tool to avoid violence and alterations to the normal development of the festival, as well as any other type of situations that could pose a real and serious risk to the users attending the event.
Under no circumstance shall the exercise of the right to admission involve the discrimination of the users of the establishments and spaces open to the public on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other personal or social status or circumstance, with regard to the conditions for access, the permanence in the establishments, as well as the use and enjoyment of the services provisioned by them.
This does not mean that admission to the Festival would automatically be denied in these cases, nor for the entire duration of the Festival, but rather only for those cases that could pose a real and serious risk to the users attending the Festival and to the Festival itself, while these behaviours or circumstances endure.
The Organisation of the Festival could deny access to those individuals with a fake ticket, and reserves the right to take the legal actions mentioned in point 13.A fake ticket is defined as any type of document that has been created or modified with the purpose of altering its validity or making it seem real.
The ticket has several security features. The Organisation will not be held responsible for tickets that were not purchased from the official points of sale mentioned in these general conditions of sale for tickets.
All tickets must meet the minimum conditions in order to pass through the access controls and enter the Festival, since the code printed on it must be scanned at the electronic validation control, as previously mentioned.
When entering the venue, the public could be subjected to a search in accordance with legal requirements, not allowing any objects inside that could be considered as dangerous by the Organisation or that are forbidden by the current legislation.
·Any objects that could cause any harm to the physical integrity of the attendees, such as sharp or blunt objects, glass objects, bottles, bladed weapons or firearms, explosives, fireworks, laser pointers, sprays, aerosols, selfie sticks, flagpoles, motorbike helmets, ...
·Any object or element that is considered to be disrupting, harmful or that could prevent the normal development of the activity.
·Professional cameras, video recorders or sound recorders, drones.
·Suitcases or large bags.
Exempt from the previous list are crutches and walking canes, or similar means, only in case of individuals that require these means to get around the venue for mobility reasons. Aerosols or similar means that are needed by medical prescription are also exempt. In order to be granted access into the venue with these means, the exceptions must be duly certified with a medical prescription or accreditation.
Similarly, it will be indispensable for you to always carry your Spanish National Identification Card with you, or for the foreign nationals, a document from your home country that certifies your identity (Identification Number for Foreigners (NIE), passport, ...).
The attendees acknowledge and agree that the Organisation has the full right of ownership of the intellectual and industrial property rights, derived, directly or indirectly, from the artistic representations and performances, or any others that have taken place for the purpose of the Festival, with no territorial or time limitations, or any other limitations beyond those laid down in the current Intellectual Property Act.
Accordingly, it is absolutely forbidden to capture, fixate or record images or sounds in order to post or disclose them with commercial or advertising purposes, without having received prior written authorisation on behalf of the Organisation. Taking pictures or recording videos is only permitted for the user’s exclusive private and personal use.
The attendees acknowledge and accept that they could appear in images and/or recordings taken by different means with the purpose of posterior disclosure and/or publicity of the Festival via any means of MAD COOL SUNSET for informative, commercial or advertising purposes, and accept said use on behalf of the Organisation.
You are informed that these images could only have the condition of accessory, panoramic, general photographs or of public interest, and similar, as well as those expressly agreed with the user, these being the interviews that were conducted with the user and agreed upon by them. Under no circumstance would a close-up of one or more individuals be made for the purposes previously mentioned, without their consent.
Therefore, the attendees authorise the Organisation to use and exploit the images and/or recordings mentioned that can only be taken throughout the duration of Festival, and their subsequent disclosure for the purposes described in previous paragraphs.
The Organisation reminds that the minimum age established by law in the Community of Madrid to access this type of events is 16 years.
Children under the age of 16 can always gain access, as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult who looks out for their safety and ensures their correct behaviour throughout the Festival.
Children under the age of 8 will not have to pay to gain access to the event.
Any minor consuming alcoholic beverages or tobacco will be expelled from the Festival.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, children under the age of 18 will not be allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages or tobacco inside the premises. And any minor consuming alcoholic beverages or tobacco will be expelled from the Festival.
The procedure and rules of access for minors are the following:
Minors between 0 and 8 years: Do not need a ticket to gain access to the premises. Must access the Festival with a parent or legal guardian, and always be accompanied by them. Need to obtain a wristband that they will collect at the entrance to the venue. These minors are not permitted to consume alcohol or tobacco inside of the premises.
Minors between 9 and 15 years: Need a ticket to gain access to the premises. Must access the Festival accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or if that weren’t possible, by an adult that has been authorised by a parent or the legal guardian. These minors are not permitted to consume alcohol or tobacco inside of the premises.
Minors between 16 and 17 years: Need a ticket to gain access to the premises. Do not need to be accompanied by an adult. These minors are not permitted to consume alcohol or tobacco inside of the premises.
For minors it will also be indispensable to always carry their Spanish National Identification Card with them, or for the foreign nationals, a document from their home country that certifies their identity (Identification Number for Foreigners (NIE), passport, ...).
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the subject of personal data protection, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), you are informed that your data will be processed under the responsibility of CORPORATE MAD GROUP, S.L. and could be used to manage your participation in concerts, activities, raffles or any other activity organised by CORPORATE MAD GROUP, S.L., as well as to inform you about matters related to CORPORATE MAD GROUP, S.L.
Possession of a ticket does not grant its holder or third parties the right to use the ticket or its contents for purposes related to advertising, marketing or promotions (including contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated to the ticket holder or third parties, without the prior consent of MAD COOL SUNSET. Non-compliance with this point will authorise the Organisation to bring the civil, penal and/or administrative proceedings that pertain to it by right against the unauthorised advertiser and/or user, without prejudice to further claims for general damages caused to MAD COOL SUNSET, having to compensate the organiser for all damages caused by such unauthorised use.
The different areas of the different stages of the Festival have a legally established capacity limitation, which will be indicated at each of these areas and stages in a way that it is perfectly visible, so that once this limit is reached the access to such zones will be cut off, informing the attendees about it beforehand and for this motive. Consequently, the Organisation shall not under any circumstance be responsible for the impossibility of certain attendees to attend a specific concert or event of the Festival.
The Organiser will have complaint forms of the official model that is established by the Community of Madrid at the disposal of MAD COOL SUNSET attendees, which in case of request, can be found where specified in the current legislation.
Inside the venue of the Festival, in order to provide the Ministry of Health with an accreditation of traceability of all foods and drinks that are consumed inside the premises, as well as for the safety of the attendees, access with food and drinks will only be allowed in adequate amounts for personal consumption. The quantities permitted are the following:
·1 sandwich- or similar- per person
·1 bottle of water/non-alcoholic beverage or similar with a maximum size of 50cl and without a cap (glass, steel or materials that could be dangerous are not allowed)
Inside the venue, you will have a series of free of charge points at your disposal to get drinking water, and you will also find different stands where you will be able to purchase a wide array of foods.
Drinks can only be purchased at the bars destined to that purpose. The sale of alcoholic beverages is forbidden to minors under the age of 18.
Any attempts at fraud, break-in and/or damages to private property caused directly or indirectly to the Organisation, will authorise the Organisation to take legal action against the party in violation, civil or criminal, that it deems appropriate.
